Solution for fume coming from air outlet of bag dust collector

One of the main causes of fume is caused by a broken bag. Fume from air outlet of the bag dust collector is divided into two circumstance:
One is fume coming from the fume outlet continuously. The reason behind it is dust leakage caused by seriously damaged dust collection bag or un-tight upper and lower lifting ports of the bag dust collector and un-tight connection between upper lifting port and ceiling and between ceilings; the other is instantaneous fume that is caused by damaged dust collection bag (but not serious); instantaneous fume appears during bag dust collector blowing.
A dust collection bag shall be replaced when its most parts are damaged. It is better to replace the dust collection bag when it stops working. In this case, the dust removal controller shall be turned off and the access door on top shall be opened to remove the bag. Take out the bag cage first, hold the spring ring on upper bag port to concave and pull out the dust collection bag upwards during removing. Remove dust on ceiling holes before installing the new bag.
Find out causes of fume coming out of the bag dust collector, the position can be judged by corresponding digit when fume comes out of the air outlet and solenoid pulse valve and pulse control instrument operate. For the top lid bag dust collector, a flashlight can be used to find out leaked bag from the observation hole of the case; or open the top lid before turning on the pulse control instrument. During blowing, the venturi with fume coming out is the leaked dust collection bag; dispose it based on the issue occurred.
When replacing the dust collection bag for the bag dust collector, causes (unstable welding of dust collection bag cage or new dust collection frame needs to be replaced) of its damage shall be analyzed. A bag dust collector cannot use a damaged dust collection bag for working; otherwise, scraping of the bag dust collector will be accelerated. When certain dust collection bag suffers small damage, it is suggested to use an old bag or new filter cloth of the same material for broken hole patching to save expenses. The patching method is to use organic silicone rubber mixture for splicing, with utilization temperature and chemical performance of adhesive matching with the process.
When installing filter bag frame of the bag dust collector, dust on the perforated plate shall be removed for the top lid pulse bag dust collector to prevent un-tightness between the interface and the perforated plate from causing air leakage and affecting purification efficiency. Blowing hole of the blowing pipe shall align with center of the venturi to guarantee blowing effect and prevent early damage of dust collection bag simultaneously. For the dust collector with door opening from the side, pay attention to proper tightness of upper and lower lifting ports to prevent falling of the lower lifting port and thread damage.
