Features

▶ The TDTG series bucket elevator is a fixed, continuous, vertical conveying equipment suitable for the vertical lifting and transportation of powdery and bulk materials. Compared to other elevators in the industry, it features advanced and reasonable structure, reliable performance, good sealing, and low noise.

▶The head and tail bearings are mounted externally, facilitating easy maintenance and repair. Additionally, skeleton oil seals are used at the shaft ends for sealing.

▶The design of arc-shaped base allows for self-cleaning of materials, ensuring no residue is left in the base.

▶The gap between the powder base bucket and the bottom plate can be adjusted to minimize material residue；

▶The head wheel is coated with food-grade rubber, and the tail wheel features a smooth design, preventing material adhesion.
