Features

▶ The PDJD series fully enclosed single idler belt conveyor is a new type of belt conveyor that uses a dumbbell-shaped idler to replace the traditional three-idler (or two-idler) configuration.

▶ The idler, conveyor belt, and material handling operations are all sealed inside the box, preventing spillage and dust emission.

▶ The idler bearings are installed on the outside of the equipment’s enclosure, which making daily lubrication and maintenance of the bearings more convenient.

▶ The return belt is supported by an air cushion generated by the shallow groove air chamber in the bottom plate of the box, significantly reducing the wear and tear on the return belt and the equipment’s dynamic consumption, thereby lowering the frequency of equipment maintenance and upkeep.

1. The table gives the conveying capacity and line speed are to convey the material for wheat, such as conveying other materials, according to the specific characteristics of the material to be conveyed to account for the relevant parameters.

2. Inclined conveying has an impact on the conveying capacity, need to be amended according to the actual.
