(1) Check the environment around the discharger. Influenced heat radiation of the motor will damage the motor.
(2) Incorrect model selection and excessive material discharging amount of the discharger (over its discharging capacity) and long-term over load operation affect service life of the motor.
(3) Excessive viscosity of material from the discharger and excessive motor pressure cause damage.
(4) Whether wiring of the discharger motor is reliable. In case of four circumstances above, it is extremely easy to form motor dust collection fault of the discharger, affecting normal operation of the discharger. Therefore, clients shall be cautious during application or device procurement.
